If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, and we'll replace the gift or refund it in full.
Perishable and personalised gifts
Flowers, cakes, chocolates and personalised items can't be returned once delivered, except when damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to seven working days of approval.
